Benue State University Students Protest High Rate Of Rape On Campus

                                

Concerned by the incessant attacks on the female folk, the students of Benue State University BSU, Markudi held a protest to press home their grievance. The protest which was taken to the VC’s office by the female students was about the high rate of rape going on in the  school.

It was disclosed that over 15 female students have been victims of rape in the last few weeks with the crime purportedly carried out by cultists. One of the students said: “Just last Sunday, some suspected cultists invaded the female hostels and raped and robbed students of their valuables.Continue after the cut...

“Three weeks earlier, a 100 level female student of the Psychology Department was also shot on campus by unknown gunmen who snatched her iPad, phones and cash just as another female student who went to read, but was caught up in the rain, was raped by four boys and left unconscious until security men in the school discovered her and took her to the school clinic for treatment”.

The Vice Chancellor of the institution, Professor Charity Angya, promised to beef up security on campus while she followed the protesting students into their hostel to see things for herself as about seven students who were reportedly wounded in the last attack were taken to the school clinic for treatment. 

Come on guys, RAPE! If can not get a girl to your bed through the legit process or you are impatient, it doesn't mean you should take advantage of someone. there are other alternatives, it either you pay for sex or you wink yourself bro not RAPE!
