The Medical and Dental Council of
Nigeria (MDCN) has inducted 103 new doctors at the University of Ilorin
(UNILORIN) urging them to always comply with the code of ethics guiding
the profession. Administering the Hippocratic Oath, the
registrar of the council, Dr AbdulMumeen Ibrahim, represented by Dr
Victor Gbenro, implored the doctors to be good ambassadors of their
school as the society expects a lot from them and warned them of the
dangers of practicing without licence. The event which was held at the
university auditorium was attended by parents and well-wishers who
joined the new doctors in cerebrating the feat.
